Why is real estate a bad investment asset?

Real estate prices are moving now as in 2007, but:

1. 2008 is bound to come after 2007.

2. Real estate prices are mainly inflated by bank loans, some of which may become non-refundable.

3. Dollar inflation from 2007 to the present day is 60.6%.

4. The higher the prices, the more willing there are to build, and the more willing there are to build, the greater the future supply.
