Vision correction

My Nearsightedness and astigmatism have been developing since elementary school, in addition to the fact that my right eye has been "lazy" since birth, and my left eye has been "leading". If the lazy eye is not corrected even surgically, then laser correction can be used to correct myopia and astigmatism. While I had some free time, I decided to make it.
To do this, you first had to not wear contact lenses, but walk around with glasses. I bought them and carried them for a week, with a reserve.
I chose the laser correction method based on the equipment that makes the correction. I wasn't going to go to another city for vision correction. The maximum that was available was the Schwind Amaris 1050 RS device.
One of the methods is PRK, where the cornea of the eye is burned with a laser, but with this method it takes a very long time to recover. Lasic - where the top layer of the cornea of the eye is first cut off, then the laser is tested and the cornea is glued back, this method is more modern and healing is faster. Smile - where a laser burns out a thin piece of the cornea inside the cornea itself, leaves a small incision through which the surgeon then takes out a piece of the burnt cornea with forceps, this method is the most modern and healing is the fastest, but there is no such method in my city.
I signed up and left 2 applications at the clinics where Schwind Amaris 1050 RS was, one did not call back, the second called back after 20 minutes, which means the choice was obvious.
On the appointed day of the examination, the eyes were checked on several devices, during which they were repeatedly instilled into the eyes. In the end, they said that there were no contraindications for correction, my cornea was of medium thickness, and they gave me a paper with the results of the examination and recommendations for correction using the HQ Lasik 7D method.
The correction day was 2 days after the examination. He came, signed the contract, paid, waited at the reception desk, then was escorted 2 floors above, first to the lockers for changing clothes, then to the operating room. In the operating room, I had to lie on my back, put an eyelid dilator on the eye that is undergoing laser correction, and the other eye can blink. They constantly tell you to look at the green light that hangs over your face. Then they put some kind of suction cup in the eye. Then they move to the right and the light blurs. Then they say to look attentively at the green light, the "machine" starts buzzing, it buzzes for a few seconds. Then
they make a movement in the opposite direction and the picture becomes clearer, then they remove the suction cup and do the procedure on the other eye. The duration of the procedure was probably several minutes for each eye.
I lay still, just like in Shavasan, and they even praised me.
After the procedure, I could see through a light fog that dissipated by the minute. I had to wear sunglasses to go outside because of the photosensitivity. They gave me antibiotics to drip every 3 hours, checked something on the machine again, said that everything was fine and come for a checkup in a week.
Of the side effects, I can note photosensitivity, the feeling that the eyes are artificial, but these sensations disappear by the hour and by the day. I saw 100% within 3 hours after the operation.
After the correction, it is impossible to fully exercise, swim in open reservoirs, go to the pool and sauna for up to one month, which is very difficult for many.
At the follow-up examination a week later, they also examined four devices, said that a good correction option had turned out, and they already gave a prescription for corneal healing drops.
I'm writing this on the tenth day after vision correction. So far, there are only minimal dry eye sensations and only if I look at the laptop screen for a long time, as I am now.
